If they weren't no-drop, they'd be functionally equivalent to
normal lightstones except you can't sell them. I believe
they're no-rent as well. I suspect Verant just wanted them to
disappear when the wisp was killed, but couldn't figure out a
quick way to code that, so settled for making them no-drop
no-rent.
