If you sneak thru they won't react either. They apparently 'hear' you even
if invis, but when I snuck thru with invis to undead they didnt react even
though I almost bumped into one walking around the corner.

They can, but if you hug the right wall, they are slow enough to
react where they will leave you alone... if you're invis vs undead. It's
weird. I've never failed to pull the gibs if I wasn't invis. But if I
was invis, I had to in addition hug the right side of that hall.
