I auctioned for the trollhide belt for months and months on E'ci and finally
got one at the bazaar 2 weeks ago for 120pp, they are dropped by the
froglock warden in upper guk as the rare drop, the gloves being the common.
I think I actually got really lucky to get the belt for 120 considering how
rare it seems to be. I think the only think going for me was that the belt
is bard rogue only and not in high demand.
Keep auctioning for it and one day you will get lucky. The thing that got
it for me was that normally there is always someone or other from my guild
at the bazaar all day long on bazaar day and we guildmembers all ask that
person if such and such is for sale and grab it if it shows up then
high-tail it over there and pick it up.
I am pretty satisfied right now equipment-wise for the first time in a
while, the next goal is to replace my visible bronze armor with steel and
maybe get a hero bracer.
