No so much ineffective as maybe a bit weak. I just got the curtailing chant
the other day and it seems to do a max of maybe 10 damage per tick for 4
ticks in addition to decreasing the monster's magic resist. I gladly
welcome any boost to our puny weakling single target DoT at level 30, it
should at least be comparable to our area affect DoT's we already have if
not better since it is a single target song. Just my humble opinion though.
