The Shin greaves and gloves are lore and no drop, same stats as steel plate

my buddy got the gloves and i got the legs, both look like steel plate, and
the pants give +5 disease resist, i'm wearing them till i get my real pants.

as for the carapace, we only got to kill 2 gargs last night and the spawn is
slow as melasses, and they did not have a carapace
