Funny you should mention that. I think the same bug is
affecting Lullaby. Lullaby does not have a knockback
component so the "stun" effect is the only way it can
interrupt spells. I've seen a handful of cases the last week
where spellcasting mobs nodded, but successfully completed
their spells. e.g.

tal ghoul shaman begins to cast a spell.
JimBob hits a tal ghoul shaman pet for 51 points.
a tal ghoul shaman's head nods.
a tal ghoul shaman pet's head nods.
you feel your skin freeze over.

(By the way, I dislike calling it a stun, since that implies
you can beat up on the mob and it can't fight back. It is
really a mesmerize.)
