Pure Conjecture:
Top and Middle used for Lambent Armour - Bard Specific
Unknown quest for Bardic Weapon (probably not in game yet)
Bottom rune possibly used in the Bardic Weapon Quest.
Just a thought, no evidence for or against, etc. etc.
