16th is easy, hop on the boat and go to East Karana. You can bind in either
Rivervale or High Pass. East Karana is a dream zone. at 16th lvl. Nearly
everything there will be killable and give great exp, plus there are 2
vendor camps in the zone. Just watchout for the Cyclops, Hill Giants, Broon
and co, and the Griffon :)
