Me, I forage all the time...it's hotkeyed.
I forage while talking, I forage while waiting for boats, I forage while
making *another* run across Norath for my corpse, or a group, or just
because.
I checked my log, and my last improvement was to 33. And it takes about 102
seconds for my forage to toggle back on (looking through my logs). I get an
improvement maybe every two to three weeks. (playing about 10 - 12 hours a
week).
Incidentally, It takes me 32 minutes at level 19 to run from the front gates
of qeynos to the west gates of freeport :)
