+ Made unit compatible with Delphi Windows 64 bit compiler by fixing bug that was causing an assertion failure on 64 bit compiler when adding data from an untyped constant to MD5 hash.
+ Fixed bug in code that raised exception when getting hash of empty ANSI strings, Wide strings (not Unicode) and zero length untyped buffers.
+ Data from untyped buffers is now processed in chunks rather than all at once. Chunk size is determined by DefReadBufferSize constant or ReadBufferSize property.
+ Some refactoring.
+ Changes to DUnit tests:
  - Removed conditional code for compiling tests as console application from command line. Only creating a GUI program via the IDE is now supported.
  - Test projects will now compile to 32 bit or 64 bit Windows targets on Delphi XE2 or later.
  - Added manifest to resources to request themed controls and set elevation level.
  - Changed program icon to Delphi XE3 default.
+ Licensing changes:
  - Unit license changed to Mozilla Public License v2.0 from from MPL / GPL / LGPL tri-license.
  - All test code now placed in public domain.
