# Linetta License Notice

Linetta is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3
only (`AGPL-3.0-only`). See [LICENSE](LICENSE) for the full license text.

This license choice is intended to keep the community edition inspectable,
modifiable, and shareable while still allowing the project maintainer to
offer paid official builds, update channels, support, hosted or sync services,
and separately licensed commercial editions.

## Commercial Licensing

The copyright holder may offer Linetta under separate commercial terms for
users or organizations that need proprietary redistribution, private forks,
commercial embedding, custom support, or different compliance terms.

To discuss commercial licensing, contact the project maintainer through the

## Scope

The AGPL license applies to Linetta source code in this repository unless a
file says otherwise. It does not grant rights to third-party dependencies
beyond their own licenses, and it does not grant trademark rights in the
Linetta name, logos, official release channels, or other branding.

Official paid builds and services may include conveniences such as signing,
notarization, automatic updates, managed backup or sync, support, and premium
features. Those paid offerings do not remove the AGPL rights granted for the
community source code in this repository.
