This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. ## 1. Information We Collect

### A. Personal Data
When you use our App to create a resume or biodata, you may provide personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, address, educational background, work experience, skills, and a profile photograph.
**Important:** All this personal data is processed and stored **locally on your device**. We do not transmit, upload, or store your resume data on our external servers. 

### B. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features
Our App uses AI to generate professional profile summaries. If you use this feature, the specific text you input (such as your role, name, and skills) is sent securely to our third-party AI provider (Groq/OpenAI APIs) exclusively for the purpose of generating the summary. This data is not stored by us, and it is processed in accordance with the API provider's strict data privacy policies.

### C. Permissions Required
To function correctly, the App requests the following device permissions:
- **Storage Permission:** We require read/write access to your device's storage to save the generated PDF files locally and to allow you to upload a profile picture from your gallery.
- **Internet Permission:** Required to download custom fonts, share your PDF via email, and interact with the AI Profile Summary generation service.

## 2. How We Use Your Information

Any information you provide within the App is used solely for the following purposes:
- To generate your professional resume or biodata in PDF format.
- To improve your user experience and the overall quality of the App.
- To fulfill the AI text generation requests you explicitly initiate.

## 3. Disclosure of Your Information

Because your data is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to it. Therefore, we **do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer** your personally identifiable information to outside parties. 
The only exception is the temporary transmission of text prompts to our trusted AI service providers as described in Section 1.B, which is strictly for providing the requested AI feature.

## 4. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, because your personal resume data is stored locally on your mobile device, the security of that data primarily depends on the security of your device. We recommend utilizing strong device passwords and avoiding sharing your generated PDFs with untrusted parties.

## 5. Policy for Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers (if applicable).

## 6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates.
