# Reporting bugs

Bug reports must include the following:

1. Issue fields completed following the format indicated below.
2. Screenshots / screen capture of the bug in action (wherever possible).
3. Steps to reproduce the bug


Issues are written in the following format:

| Projects                                |  Assign issue to a Project. Confirm project with the team lead.                                  |
| Milestone                               |  -                                                                                               |
| Development                             |  Use this option to link your feature branch to the issue.                                       |
