It is currently a beta-level product for 2000-2023 and undergoing additional development, uncertainty masking, and validation. The years of available data vary based on the availability of source Landsat satellite imagery within a particular location. The coastlines product can be useful for monitoring patterns of movement in annual shoreline locations and determining the velocity and direction of any changes. The product does not attempt to determine causal factors for any observed changes. It may be used in combination with local observations and knowledge, or other external information to better understand possible causes and effects. Current coastlines version: 0.7.0.55",
