## Why sponsor Mindwtr?

Mindwtr is a user-facing application people open every day — an audience interested in productivity, GTD, software development, automation, self-hosting, and AI-assisted workflows. Depending on the tier, sponsors are recognized in the Mindwtr repository and on the official website.

Sponsorship does **not** purchase control over the roadmap, issue priority, project decisions, or user data.

Corporate sponsorships run for a minimum of **3 months**. Placements go live after the sponsor and creative are approved and payment for the first term is received.

Individual supporter tiers ($5+/month) live on [GitHub Sponsors](https://github.com/sponsors/dongdongbh) and are recognized in the README supporters list.

## How to become a corporate sponsor

1. Email **[support@mindwtr.app](mailto:support@mindwtr.app)** with your company name, website, preferred tier, and destination URL.
2. Provide an SVG logo where possible, or a high-resolution transparent PNG.
3. Mindwtr reviews the sponsor and placement before confirming.
4. Standard sponsorships can be paid through GitHub Sponsors. Companies requiring contracts, invoices, purchase orders, or alternative payment arrangements should contact [support@mindwtr.app](mailto:support@mindwtr.app). Corporate placements may require a short written sponsorship agreement; strategic partnerships and product integrations always do.

## Product and API partnerships

Companies interested in integrating a service, API, or AI provider with Mindwtr are welcome to discuss a separate partnership — it is **not included in the standard tiers** and is quoted individually.

Any integration must remain optional for users, clearly disclose the third-party service, respect Mindwtr's privacy and local-first principles, avoid vendor lock-in, and provide genuine value to Mindwtr users. Payment does not guarantee acceptance of a proposed integration, and no sponsor becomes a default or mandatory provider.

## Sponsorship and content policy

Sponsorship does not imply that Mindwtr endorses a sponsor's products, services, claims, or business practices. All sponsor names, logos, links, and promotional content are subject to approval, and Mindwtr may decline or remove placements that are illegal, deceptive, gambling/adult, misleading about the relationship with Mindwtr, harmful to user privacy or security, or otherwise in conflict with the project's values or its users' interests. Sponsor links may use `rel="sponsored nofollow"`. Mindwtr retains final editorial control over the project, website, documentation, releases, roadmap, and product experience.
