1. GRANT. Adaptics Limited ("Adaptics") grants you a non-exclusive,
   non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and
   redistribute the KitchenOS SDK binary artifact ("the Software"), unmodified,
   solely as an incorporated component of an application you develop and
   distribute.

2. RESTRICTIONS. You may not: modify, adapt or create derivative works of the
   Software; redistribute the Software on a standalone basis or as part of a
   competing software development kit; remove or alter any copyright, licence
   or attribution notice; or use Adaptics or Fresco names, logos or trademarks
   except as required to comply with clause 4.

3. RESERVATION. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Adaptics. No
   rights are granted to the Software's source code.

4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS. The Software incorporates third-party components
   listed in THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.md and provided under their own licences.
   Those licences govern those components, and nothing in this licence limits,
   restricts or supersedes any right granted by them. You must comply with the
   attribution requirements set out in that file.

5. NO WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL ADAPTICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
   DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR
   OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE
   USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. TERMINATION. This licence terminates automatically if you breach it.
   Clauses 3, 5 and 6 survive termination.
