## Format
- One skill per directory: skills/<skill-id>/SKILL.md and skills/<skill-id>/meta.json
- SKILL.md: YAML front-matter (name, description), then sections:
  When to use / Method / Key files or entry points / Gotchas / Source projects.
- meta.json: id, name, category, description, tags[], source_repos[], version,
  updated (ISO date), source_snapshot (repo -> commit SHA), subskills[].
- Categories: web-app-patterns, android-packaging, windows-desktop, game-engine,
  data-and-schema, health-tools, landing-and-seo, ci-and-release.

## How to use
1. Fetch catalog.json and choose a skill by id / category / tags.
2. Fetch skills/<id>/SKILL.md for the method.
3. Check source_snapshot against the source repo's HEAD for freshness.
