# Open Source License Agreement Magic is licensed under a modified version of the Apache License 2.0, supplemented by the following terms: ## 1. Commercial Usage Magic may be used for commercial purposes, such as supporting backend services for other applications or serving as an enterprise application development framework. However, a commercial license must be obtained from the licensor if the following conditions are met: ### a. Multi-Tenancy Restrictions - **Usage Limitations**: Operating a multi-tenant SaaS service using Magic's source code is prohibited without explicit written consent from Magic. - **Tenant Definition**: Under this agreement, a "tenant" refers to an independent organization on Magic. ### b. Branding & Copyright Attribution - **Mandatory Attribution Requirements**: When using Magic's product and system, you may not remove or alter logos, trademarks, or copyright notices in the console or applications.
