Don't Clear Chat History Plus is proprietary, closed-source software. You may download, install, and use an unmodified official build for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not redistribute, reupload, mirror, sell, sublicense, modify, publish modified builds, create unofficial ports or continuations, or attempt to recover, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise obtain the source code, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

Official builds may only be distributed through project pages and services authorized by earlystream. Modpacks may reference the official Modrinth or CurseForge download through their standard dependency systems, but may not manually bundle, redistribute, or rehost the JAR file.

Third-party libraries, Minecraft, mod loader APIs, and any CC0 or public-domain material remain governed by their respective licenses and terms. This license only covers material legally owned by earlystream.

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, earlystream is not liable for any damages, data loss, service interruption, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the software.
