# Privacy Policy **Last updated: September 28, 2026** Size Guesser ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by Emirhan Kasal. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. ## Summary - The app creates a game account for you automatically so leaderboards, friends and online play work. It is tied to your Game Center identity if you use Game Center, or is anonymous otherwise. - We store your player name, scores, achievements and friends list with Google Firebase. - We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played, and Google AdMob to show ads. - We do not collect your email address, phone number, contacts or precise location, and we do not sell your data. - You can delete your account and its data at any time in **Settings → Account → Delete my account**. ## Information We Collect ### Your game account When you open the app, it creates an account with Google Firebase Authentication: - **If you are signed in to Game Center**, the account is linked to your Game Center player identity, and your Game Center nickname is used as your player name. - **Otherwise**, an anonymous account is created, and you are shown to other players as "Player" followed by a number. With this account we store: - **Player name** (your Game Center nickname or the generated name) - **Game Center player ID** (when you use Game Center) - **Total score and best game score** - **Achievement progress** and the themes you have played - **Your friend code** and the list of players you have added as friends - **Whether you have Premium** (to show a Premium badge next to your name) ### Online play When you play online, the app temporarily stores the match: the two players' names, the objects used, each round's guesses, and whether each player is connected. Invites and matchmaking requests are stored in the same way. This data is deleted automatically within about a day. ### Push notifications If you allow notifications, we store your device's push notification token and the app language you use. We use them to send you friend invites and leaderboard updates (for example, when a friend passes your score). You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings. ### Usage data (analytics) We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used, for example which themes and modes are played most, scores, and which features are opened. This includes an app-instance identifier, device model, iOS version, app version, language, and an approximate location (country or region) derived from your IP address. We use this only in aggregate to improve the game. ### Data kept only on your device Your detailed stats history (round-by-round accuracy), settings (language, units, sound, colors) and similar preferences are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. ## What Other Players Can See - On leaderboards: your player name, total score, rank and Premium badge. - Friends you add can see your name and score, and can invite you to online matches. - Your friend code is visible only to you, unless you share it. - In online matches, your opponent sees your player name, your guesses and your score for that match. ## Third-Party Services ### Google Firebase We use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions and Cloud Messaging (operated by Google LLC) to run accounts, leaderboards, friends, online play and notifications. If you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show personalized ads; if you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized. AdMob may also collect device information, approximate location and ad-interaction data. Premium users do not see ads. RevenueCat may collect an anonymous app user ID, device information and your purchase history. Data held by Game Center (such as your Apple ID and scores submitted to Game Center) is governed by Apple's privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy ## Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalized ads and analytics storage are used, through Google's consent message. You can change your choice at any time in **Settings → Account → Privacy choices**. ## How Long We Keep Data - Your account data (name, scores, achievements, friends, push token) is kept while your account exists and is deleted when you delete your account. - Online match data, invites and matchmaking requests are deleted automatically within about a day. - Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention setting (no longer than 14 months). - Scores you have submitted to Game Center are stored by Apple and are not deleted when you delete your Size Guesser account. ## Deleting Your Account You can delete your account in the app at **Settings → Account → Delete my account**. This permanently deletes your profile, scores, friends, achievements and push token from our servers and removes you from the leaderboards and from other players' friends lists. It also resets your progress on the device. Premium purchases stay linked to your Apple ID and can be restored. You can also ask us to delete your data by emailing support@kirpientertainment.com. ## Your Rights Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the in-app options above or contact us at the address below. We do not sell your personal information. ## Children's Privacy The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will delete it. ## Security Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with Google Firebase, protected by access rules so that players can only change their own data. ## Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time.
