## Data Collection  
**ReportXport** only stores training examples that you explicitly save.  
Your transcriptions and generated reports are **not stored permanently** and are only kept in memory during app usage.  

## Data Storage  
All saved training examples are **encrypted** using industry-standard encryption (**ChaChaPoly**) and stored **only on your device**.  
No data is sent to our servers.  

## Compliance  
**ReportXport** is designed to be **GDPR-compliant**, but we do **not** guarantee compliance with the data handling requirements of other regulatory bodies.  

## Speech Recognition  
When you use the speech-to-text feature:  
- Audio is **processed on your device**.  
- The app requires **microphone access** for this feature, but **does not store audio recordings**.  

## AI Processing and Data Privacy  
**ReportXport** utilizes **Microsoft Azure OpenAI services** to process AI-generated reports.  
The version of **Azure OpenAI** we use is hosted within the **European Union (EU)** and fully complies with **GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) standards**.  

- **No Data Storage**: Azure OpenAI **does not store or retain** any user data after processing.  
- **No AI Training**: Your data is **not** used to train or improve AI models.  
- **Secure Processing**: All AI interactions occur in **real-time** and are securely handled in compliance with **GDPR and industry best practices**.  

## Your Rights  
- You can **delete any saved training examples** at any time.  
- All your data is stored **locally on your device** and can be completely removed by **deleting the app**.
