Discovered at Phulbāni in the Phulbani Tahsil in the district of the same name. Preserved in the Orissa State Museum. Set of three oblong copper plqtes (approximately 18,6 cm in lenght and 11,9 cm in breadth. Strung on a circular copper ring with an oval seal (5, cm in diameter). Circular hole on the left side of the plate. Total of fifty six lines of writing. First plate : thirteen lines on the verso. Second plate : eleven lines on each side. Third plate : recto 12 line and verso 9 lines.
