This records the gift of a perpetual lamp made to the temple of Paramasvāmin at Tiruvāmāttūr a dēvadāna in Vāvalūr-nāḍu by a certain Śiṟiyamārāyaṉ and his brothers, on behalf (or in memory ?) of Śandirāchchaṉ, son of Kāḷi alias Mīṉavaṉ-Mārāyaṉ of Teṉṉavaṉmādēvi (village) in Ve[ṇ]-nāḍu—perhaps in expiation of some wrong done by them to the latter.
