This is an incomplete record evidently of Rājarāja I. It seems to register a sale of land by the temple authorities of Tirumālpēṟu to Śōḻamādēviyār alias Pañchavaṉ Mādēviyār, queen of Perumāḷ Mummuḍi-Chōḷa (Rājarāja I), who endowed it to the temple for two perpetual lamps. Among the boundaries of the land is mentioned a land endowed by Madhurāntaka-Gaṇḍarādittaṉ for the sacred bath of the deity.
