This records an endowment of ten mā of land for the maintenance of a gardener who was to look after a flower-garden of śiṟuśeṇbagam (champak) laid out by one Tiruveṇkāṭṭu-Pichchaṉ, by the sabhā and ūr of Tiraimūr in co-ordination with the nagarattār of Tiruviḍaimarudil and the patipādamūlattār (of the same village). Tiruveṇkāṭṭu-Pichchaṉ figures in the same capacity in No. 249 of 1907 of the time of Parakēsari ‘who took the head of the Pāṇḍya’ (Āditya II Karikāla). The record may be one of Parāntaka II Sundara-Chōḷa.
