This is stated to be a copy of an old inscription on a loose stone and hence to cancel that document. It records an endowment in the shape of 360 kalam of paddy made by Māsēṉaṉ Mādaṉ of Śiṟukāṭṭūr in Mē[r*]kkā-nāḍu and left in charge of the assembly of Narasiṅgamaṅgalam in Nallāṟṟūṟ-nāḍu for providing, with the interest thereon, daily offerings and a perpetual lamp in the temple of Mahādēva at Tirukkōḍikkā.
