This fragmentary inscription belongs to the 2+15th year of the reign of Śaḍaiya-Māṟaṉ. It mentions Kuṟṟālam in Teṉvāra-nāḍu and Pāśupatapperumakkaḷ. Owing to the damaged condition of the record, it is not possible to ascertain the functions and constitution of the Pāśupatapperumakkaḷ, who, however, appear to have been managing the affairs of the temple. They may have belonged to the Pāśupata sect.
The letters are damaged and in some places erased.
