Records a decision of the members of the Peruṅguṟisabhā of Śrīraṅgam disqualifying persons who were not residents of the village from holding the dēvadāna and other lands from the 5th year onwards of the king's reign and stipulates a fine of 25 poṉ on the members of the paṇḍāravāriyam and the karaṇattār who violated this decision.
The record is dated in the 4th year and 89th day of the reign of Rājakēsarivarman who may be identified with Āditya I (A.D. 871-907) on palaeographical consideration.
