This inscription is dated in the 22nd year of Nandippōttaraiyar ‘who defeated (his enemies) at Teḷḷāṟu’. It records an agreement given by the assembly sabhā of Tiruppāṟṟuṟai to burn two perpetual lamps (in the temple of) Mahādēva-Bhaṭāra at Tiruppāṟṟuṟai for 60 kaḻañju of gold received by them from the king for the purpose.
