These twenty-six inscriptions [[SII 4.1388 to 1415]] of Ceylon are taken from the collection for 1912 and printed here since the Government of Ceylon urge their publication immediately.

This fragment is possibly a continuation of the above [[SII 4.1390]].

About six lines at the beginning are completely damaged.
