paḻuvēṭṭaraiyar maṟavaṉ kaṇṭaṉār Avanikandharvvapurattu maṉṟupāṭu Eppērpaṭṭatu paṇ ṭai nan=tipuramaṟṟ' ātiyē koḷka Eṉṟ' aruḷicceyya kalliṉ mēl ve ṭṭikkoḷḷap peṟṟār Avanikandharvvapurattu nakarattār .

Fortune! Prosperity! This is the 10th year of Kōrājakesarivarman. When Paḻuvēṭṭaraiyar Maṟavaṉ Kaṇṭaṉār graciously ordered lit. having said, graciously made, eṉṟu-aruḷic-ceyya: “take koḷka the tax collection maṉṟupāṭu of whatever name eppērppaṭṭatu of Avanikandhavvapuram, the old paṇṭai Nantipuram being otherwise maṟṟu the model ātiyē”, the Nagarattārs of Avanikandhavvapuram obtained peṟṟār to get it engraved veṭṭi-koḷḷa on stone kalliṉ mēl.

Rājakesarin is probably Sundaracōḻa, during whose reign the Paḻuvēṭṭaraiyar Maṟavaṉ Kaṇṭaṉār was ruling over Paḻuvūr.
