Viṉaiyīttaṉ, the son-in-law of Bāṇa Muttaraiyar, fell fighting upon mēl kutirai muṭṭaṉi in the battlefield kaḷam with Poṉṉērar, when Kampaṭikaḷ alias VicaiyātittaṉSanskrit Vijayāditya. marchedLiterally: went. with his army upon Muruṅkai, in the Ātaiyāṟunāṭu of the Paṭuvūrkkōṭṭam.
