bhaṭārkku There is a space left blank before this word at the beginning of this facet of the stone. -cu Avani- This gap, possibly a punctuation sign, might also be a space left blank. piṭṭaṭiyum yum covaṟṟampaiy·yar· covaṟṟam paiyyar covaṟṟam payyar Avanicandra ‡ rkku There is possibly one more character lost before rkku at the beginning of this facet of the stone. koṟṟampaṭaittaṉār· koṟṟampaṭaittadira nagarattā ‡ r-a-y-umiñiyi-nallūr nagarattār-a-y-umi Āyi-nalūr nagarattār-a-y-umi Āyi-nalūr notes that there is an -i engraved above the character Ā, whereas understood that this note applies to the preceding character mi. The character read Ā could also be read ñi. The name of the village would then be Miñilinallūr, its m having been absorbed in sandhi with the preceding word.

One golden plate of ten thousand kaḻañcus, that the great king Dantivarman gave to the god bhaṭār of the Parameśvaraviṣṇugṛha.

Three thousand kaḻañcus, that Avanicandra brought.

With this gold, themselves kkāpiṭṭaṭi, Covaṟṟampaiyyar, Nāraṇakuṭṭi, Koṟṟampaṭaittaṉār, the accountant karaṇam of Avanicandra, these four personsAs suggested by , these four persons seem to be in charge of the donation, to provide daily offerings to the god.; the Mahānagarattārs, the lord of Miñiyi-nallūr, Keśava-k-kōAs suggested by , these persons seem to be in charge of the supervision of the donation.
