Aṇikōvaṉ Oṟṟiyūr Pirāṭṭi, daughter of Vilāṭarayar and spouse of Vayiramēkavāṇakōvarāyar, having seen the tank of Niccavinītamaṅkalam.That is, Sanskrit Nityavinītamaṅgala, had a sluice placed to it.
