Mukaṉ, the son of Pāratāyar, the lord of MēṟceṅkaiAlternatively, simply "Pāratāyar of Mēṟceṅkai"., fell recovering cattle, when Vamiṟaiyār, a temple dignitary kōyil paṭṭar in Iḷakkōvūrnāṭu in Vēṇāṭu, came and seized cattle.
