The gold that Nantippōttaraiyar, who vanquished at Teḷḷāṟu, has given for the Mahādeva of Tiruvaiyāṟu.

So as, with this gold, keep burning one perpetual lamp, we have become those who will regularly nicati provide a uri of oil, measured as per the standard kumaramāttāṇṭam, in this temple as long as the moon and the sun, we, the members of the assembly of Kārikuṭi.
