Fourth year of the victorious king Nandivikramavarman.

As for the sixteen kaḻañcus of gold that Tirunilaikiḻavaṉ Kaṉṉaṉ of Atiyaraimaṅkalam gave for a perpetual lamp for the Mahādeva of the Tiruviṭṭānam at Tirukkōvalūr.

With this gold there shall be poured daily out of its interest one uri of ghee.

Thus has it been given.

This gold is under the protection of the Paṉmāheśvaras.
