We the members of the assembly of Veṇkuṉṟam in the Veṇkuṉṟakkōṭṭam, so as to look for nōkka the god bhaṭār on the hill in our village, having sold to Tōciyār, who resides in Nelvāyil, all the tax income from the paddy, the gold of the Aippaci month, and the oil, of whatsoever kind, having made the sale-document, We the members of the assembly of Veṇkuṉṟam, we have given it.

If we say that this is not so, we solemnly declare oṭṭi-k kuṭuttōm so that we place one thousand kāṇams ...
