Third year of the king Nantipōttaraiyar.Sanskrit Nandin + Tamil Pōttaraiyar. That is, the Pallava king Nandin.

There are 200 that is, two hundred, nāḻis of paddy that Pakaiccantiravicai Araiyaṉ, alias Kaṇavatimāṉ, of Vaṭuvūr in the Mīpuḷaināṭu, gave to cook and distribute aṭṭ-aḻiya at the time/on the day nāṉṟu of tiruvātirai; this is for the food for one hundred persons.
