11th year of the king, the king Nirupatuṅka.Sanskrit Nṛpatuṅga.

There are 108 kaḻañcus of gold, measured according to the standard named Tanmakaṭṭaḷai, which the members of the assembly of Perumuḷaiyūr, a brahmadeya in the Kākkalūrnāṭu in the Īkkāṭṭukkōṭṭam, got from Kāṭavaṉ Mātēviyār, the queen of this king.

Whereas there is interest for these one hundred and eight kaḻañcus of gold, for the Lord of Tiruvālaṅkāṭu in the Paḻaiyaṉūrnāṭu, according to the binding agreement that the members of the assembly of this village are due to observe each and every year, there are to be provisioned per year perpetually/daily nittam 200 kalams of paddy and one uri one āḻakku of oil.

This appears to be a later copy of a Pallava original.
