This has been caused to be made by king Pṛthvīvṛṣabhāṅkura.
According to [r]ecords that the much worn image at the top of the slab was caused to be made by the king,
while [t]he image itself, perhaps, represents Piridiviviḍa[ṅga]-kurati.
The inscription is engraved below the stated image of a goddess flanked by a lamp and canopied by an umbrella.
