This is the stone erected when the victorious vicaiya Koṟṟaṭaiyāru, the servant of the glorious ciriSanskrit śrī. KaṅkaraicaruThat is, Kaṅkaraiyar. attacked eṟintuLitteraly, "having attacked." and died, when ñāṉṟu the glorious Kaṅkaraicaru made an attack eṟinta in Caṅkamakalam along with the army paṭai-y-oṭu of Koṅkaṇi-Araicaru.That is, Koṅkaṇiyaraiyar.
