°paṉṟaṟ° Probably to be emended to °paṉmar°.

Second year of the victorious king, the king Nandivarman.

Vaṇṇakka Kaṭaiyaṉār, lord uṭaiya simply translate as "of". of Tāḻaiyūr, fell liberating mīṭṭu cattle when Ūṇamiṟaiyār, a hunter vēṭṭuvar of Iḷavenmaṟukkōṭṭu in Vēṇāṭu, seized cattle at Tāḷaiyūr.
