(p. 367, no. 3): Inscribed on the granite slab, used as the step stone at the entrance of Śrī Śivasubrahmaṇya Svāmin temple at Ālantūr, Tambaram Taluk, District Kanchipuram. This slab might have been brought from a dilapidated Jaina paḷḷi at Māṅkāṭu (near Kuṉṟattūr) and laid here when this temple was constructed, probably in the 18th-19th centuries. The inscription contains the information that the daughter of one Amarnilaiyar of Paripandatturai Paricai in Āṟkkāṭṭukkūṟṟam who was a disciple of Anandavirakkuravar gifted paddy for offering at the avi (havis) and a plate for holding the offerings, at the Teruvarantanam at Māṅkāṭu in Māṅkāṭunāṭu in Puliyūkkōṭṭam. 875 AD Pallava Kampavikramavarman.
