Tiruvāymūr, Tyagarājasvāmin temple, time of Māṟañ Caṭaiyaṉ, year 4 + 11 author of digital edition Valérie Gillet Emmanuel Francis DHARMA Paris, CEIAS DHARMA_INSPandya00505 DHARMAbase

Tyagarājasvāmin temple, Tiruvāymūr, Tirukkuvaḷai taluk, Nākappaṭṭiṉam district. On the southern base of the main sanctuary, starting in the middle of the eastern side of the shrine of Dakṣiṇāmūrti. This unpublished inscription was probably a copy of an older one, made after the 11th century. The ARIE states that it is a copy from the 12th or 13th century. It could be earlier though. All inscriptions on this base are copied following each other as in Tirukkōṭikkāval and this one is the fourth inscription. It is followed by Cōḻa-period inscriptions.
