In the 15th regnal year of Kōṉēṟiṉmaikoṇṭāṉ, the emperor of the three worlds, a order was issued in Kāñcikkūval nāṭu for the Kaṇmāḷars. The blowing of the the two conches iraṭṭai-c-caṅkum and the beating of all the drums, including the kettle-drum pērikai, for their auspicious and inauspicious occasions nammai-tiṉmaikku shall be granted and they should keep outside these instruments as their emblems.

Shoes pātarākṣai are to be authorised while they make journey,Literally "for places" their houses have to be smeared with sandal paste cāntu and a document has to be attained.

These orders shall be engraved on stone and copper in all the places. Issued in the 15th year.
