Prosperity! Fortune!

15th year of the king Parakesarivarman.

So that there be āka, for the Mahādeva, Lord of the Vālīśvara temple in Naraciṅkamaṇkalam, east of the Cittiramēkam tank, one quarter kāl lamp that Nāṭṭaṭiyaṉ, son of Ātipucaṅkaceṭṭi, a merchant from Tiruvaṇṇāmalai, on the northern bank of the Peṇṇai river in the Vāṇakappāṭi, gave vaitta, and one quarter lamp that the shepherd Cāttakuṭṭi Vīraṉ gave vaicca, the great undying and unaging goats given vaicca for half a lamp are fourty-five and a halfOr "fourty-five for the half lamp"? But, since the lamp is divided into quarters, a goat could as well be divided into halves..

These are under the protection of the Paṉmāheśvaras.

These half lamps should burn in day time.

He who think/does harm/evil tīṅku to/about these goats obtains a sin made between the Ganges and Kumari.
