	<p n="1-5">
		In the name of our army commander <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>ceṉāpatikaḷ</foreign></supplied>, this land is given  so that the hereditary rights of the land <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>kāṇi</foreign></supplied> of our army commander <supplied reason="subaudible">which belonged to</supplied> the landholder <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>uṭaiyār</foreign></supplied> from Rājarājapaṅkalanāṭu, <foreign>alias</foreign> Kaṇṭarātittaṉ Ceṭṭi <supplied reason="subaudible">of the court of king</supplied> Kōṉēriṉmaikoṇṭāṉ <supplied reason="subaudible">are transferred</supplied> to the managers of the sacred temple <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>cīkāriyañ ceyvārkaḷ</foreign></supplied> of the Lord of Tiruvāṉpaṭṭi.

		The paddy that he gave
		for the Paṅkuṉi festival <supplied reason="subaudible">dedicated</supplied> to this God, he gave to Viṇṇāḷaṉ (?) three pots of paddy seeds <supplied reason="subaudible">obtained</supplied> from the plot to the east of the Koṅkakulavalli cross-channel and north of the Atirācarācaṉ canal in Civapāta-cēkara-maṉṉaṟai located in Nallūr. <supplied reason="subaudible">This is a plot under the charge of</supplied> Nācci (?) and the assembly of Vīrakeraḷanallūr, <foreign>alias</foreign> Kovanputtūr, in Pērūr-nāṭu
		<supplied reason="subaudible">is as follows.</supplied>
	</p>
	
	<p n="11-22">
		So that there be <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>āka</foreign><note>That is, "for a total of".</note></supplied> expenses amounting to twenty-four pots of paddy through<note>that is, "from".</note> the share claimed by the landholder <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>mēlvāram</foreign></supplied> <supplied reason="subaudible">covered</supplied> by twenty pots of paddy seeds, <supplied reason="subaudible">the following is provisioned</supplied>.

			<item><supplied reason="subaudible">For</supplied> the sacred rice food-offerings: one <foreign>kalaṉ</foreign>, one <foreign>tūṇi</foreign>, and one <foreign>patakku</foreign> of paddy, which includes four side-dishes <supplied reason="subaudible">for</supplied> one <foreign>tūṇi</foreign> and one <foreign>patakku</foreign><!--this would be half kalam @reda:MAKE THE CALCULATION-->.</item>
			
			<item>For the <foreign>maṭam</foreign>: fifteen <foreign>tūṇi</foreign>s and six <foreign>nāḻi</foreign>s of paddy , which includes one side-dish per four pots of rice.</item>
			
			<item>For the temple priests <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>nampiyār</foreign></supplied> who perform the worship <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>pūcikkum</foreign></supplied>, the garland maker <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>toṭuppāṉ</foreign></supplied>, and the picker of flowers <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>paṟippāṉ</foreign></supplied> for the garland of the idol <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>tiruppaḷḷi tāmam</foreign></supplied>, and those who play the holy flute <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>tirukkuḻal paṇi ceyvār</foreign></supplied>: one <foreign>kalaṉ</foreign> and one <foreign>tūṇi</foreign> of paddy.</item>
			
			<item>For the temple priests who perform the worship, , six <foreign>nāḻis</foreign>, one <foreign>tūṇi</foreign>, and 15 pots of paddy, which include a side-dish per four pots of rice.</item>
			
			<item>For the mendicants <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>āṇṭārkaḷ</foreign></supplied> <supplied reason="subaudible">who live in</supplied> the sacred street: two <foreign>ṭūṇi</foreign> and one <foreign>patakku</foreign> of paddy.</item>
			
			<item>For four <foreign>nāḻi</foreign>s ... for the sacred oil lamp <supplied reason="explanation"><foreign>tiruviḷakk' eṇṇai</foreign></supplied>: four <foreign>kalam</foreign>s of paddy.</item>
