Thirthy-first year of the glorious king Tribhuvana Vīra, the emperor of the three worlds, who, having graciously taken Maturai, Laṅkā, Karuvūr and the crowned head of the Pāṇḍya, graciously performed the heroic anointment.

That which This lacuna bears to the first part of the name of the donor Mukattāṉ, son of Peṟṟāṉ, who resides in the Kuḷantaiyāṇṭār maṭha in Kuḷattūr in the Veṇkuṉṟakkōṭṭam, gave viṭṭaLiterally: "left, released". for having a twilight lamp burning for the Lord uṭaiyār, Lord nāyaṉāṉ of Tiruvoṟṟiyūr: one bull, one cow, one calf.
