Prosperity! Fortune!

This is the tiruppaṇi of Aḻakiya Nampirāṭṭi, spouse of the Kāṭavarāyar alias Vīramōhaṉ.

The same two individuals are mentioned in a nearby inscription (Tamil Nadu 131).

Vīramōhaṉ Kāṭavarāyaṉ may be Ēḻicaimōhaṉ, the son of the Kāṭavarāya King Āṭkolliyār.

Since this inscription is found on the base of a small shrine, it may refer to the construction of this small shrine, as a service.
